Data is not displayed on the report when the Account Group Mapping is changed in Sage MAS Intelligence. Issue occurs with both the Financial Reports Designer and the Consolidated Financial Reports Designer.

Steps to Duplicate:

In ABC company:

1. Open General Ledger / Setup / Account Group Maintenance and add a new Account Group
• Description = SMI OPERATIING EXPENSES
• Category = Expense
• Account Type Operating Expense
2. Open General Ledger / Main /Account Maintenance and create a new account in the account group created above
3.  Open Report Manager
4. Open a new folder and copy the Financial Reports Designer tempate to this folder.
5. Run the Financial Report Designer
6. Select year and budget code
7. The Mapping Tool screen open, the new account group appear in the left box (UnMapped System Categories).
8. Select a wrong Reporting Groups on right box. pick 'INCOME TAX' and Add the new account group (SMI OPERATIING EXPENSES) to this reporting group.
9. Click OK to close the Map your System Categories into Reporting Groups screen.
10. Click OK to close the System Category Mapping message.
11. When Financial Report Designer opens, go to the BI Tools tab.
12. Click the Quick Generate dropdown and select any Income Statement.
13. Note: Income Statement report generated with data. But the SMI OPERATIING EXPENSES account group appears in the INCOME TAX section
14. Go to the BI Tools tab, click the Mapping Tool
15. to correct the report grouping.
16. Select 'INCOME TAX' in the Reporting Groups and remove 'SMI OPERATIING EXPENSES' from this group.
17. Add the 'SMI OPERATIING EXPENSES' to 'COST AND EXPENSE'.
18. Click OK to close the Map your System Categories into Reporting Groups screen.
19. Click OK to close the System Category Mapping message.
20. Generate the same Income Statement again.
21. Note: Income Statement generate with no data (blank accounts and periods).

Expected Behavior:

The data should display after updating the Account Group Mapping

Possible Workaround:

Exit the Report Designer and relaunch.
