How to setup report security in Sage MAS Intelligence

Possible Resolution:

1. Open Security Manager
2. In the Login - Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence window, enter the Company Code, User Name and Password and click OK
3. Select the 'Security On' checkbox
4. Enter an Password and click Set button
5. Enter the password again in the Confirm Password window and click OK
6. Clcik Ok to the "Password Set Successfully"
7. Highlight the Users role
8. In the Users tab, select the checkboxes for each applicable user
9. Click on the Reports tab
10. Select the checkbox for each report that the users selected on the Users tab will have access to.
11. Select File/Exit
12. Repeat steps for any additional company codes
