13 periods are incorrectly displayed in Sage MAS Intelligence

Subject:

Incorrect number of periods are displayed. Reports will generate with 13 periods regardless of the number of periods defined in Fiscal Year Maintenance.

Steps to Duplicate:

In ABC company:

1. In MAS 90, open General Ledger / Setup / Fiscal Year Maintenance
2. Note the Number of Accounting Periods is 12 and click Accept
3. In Sage MAS Intelligence, open Report Manager
4. Expand the Designer Object
5. Highlight the Finacial Reports Designer 2-0 (MAS) and click Run icon
6. In the Enter Report Parameters window, select the following and click OK
• Fiscal Year: 2010
• Budget Code: ORIGINAL
7. Once Finacial Reports Designer launches, click on BI Tools ribbon
8. Select Balance Sheet from the Quick Generate menu
9. Click Ok to "Layout "Balance Sheet" generated successfully!"
10. Note:Period 13 is displayed on the report with 0.00 in YTD, PYTD and VAR AP YTD columns. 

Expected Behavior:

Reports should generate with the same number of Periods that are defined in Fiscal Year Maintenance
