Steps to Duplicate:
In [SOA] company:
- Delete several default security group in Maintain Security Group prior to updating SMI
- Download and install SMI Server and Client
- During SMI Server installation, when prompted, update database by selecting 'Servername' and 'Database name' and select 'OK' button. Notice error occurs.
Expected Behavior:
SMI should update database successfully
Resolution:
- Please click HERE to use the Download Manager to download the latest Sage MAS Intelligence Server version for Sage ERP MAS 500
- Using "Windows Add and Remove Programs," uninstall your current version of Sage MAS Intelligence server for Sage ERP MAS 500
- Reinstall the latest Sage MAS Intelligence server version
