Direct Query Tool does not respond in Sage MAS Intelligence.  The splash screen with Launching GUI appears but the the Direct Query Tools does not launch.

Steps to Duplicate:

In ABC company:

1. Open Connector
2. Select Tools / Direct Query Tool
3. Note the splash screen appears with Launching GUI status but the tool does not launch

Expected Behavior:

The Direct Query Tool should launch
