How to uninstall Sage MAS Intelligence

Possible Resolution:

To uninstall the program:

1. Select Add or Remove Programs from the Control Panel
2. Highlight Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence
3. Click Remove button
4. Click 'Yes' to "Are you sure you want to remove Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence from your computer?"
5. Close Add or Remove Programs

If the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Performance Patch was installed, use these steps to uninstall the patch:

1. Using Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5
2. Double-click on the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Performance Patch_1.00.0021.exe
3. Select the Remove option

To remove the templates and licensing:

1. Using Windows Explorer, browse to the shared Network Repository
2. Delete or Rename the alchemex.svd and the Templates folder.  Warning: this will remove the templates and settings for all users accessing the Network Repository
3. Browse to C:\Program Files\Sage Software\SMI\UR
4. Delete or rename the PLDONGLE.DLL
