The error occurs because the operating system in 64 bit and not supported by FRx. FRx is only supported on 32 bit operating systems.

Possible Resolution:

Install FRx on a machine with a 32 bit operating system. Change reporting  to Sage MAS Intelligence which does support 64 bit operating systems.
