FRx does not get updated to new service pack after service pack installation

Possible Resolution:

This is usually the result of missing .dll files that are laid down on the workstation during the service pack installation.  The .dll files are not installed due to insufficient user permissions on the workstation. 

1. Log on as the local administrator for the workstation (domain administrator rights are not necessary)
2. Reinstall the FRx service pack

If the problem still exists, then there were also missing .dll files during the initial installation of FRx on the workstation. 

1. Log on the workstation as the local administrator
2. Uninstall the FRx application from the workstation
3. Reinstall the FRx application
4. Install the FRx Service Pack
