Possible Resolution:

Verify the correct MAS company code is entered in Company Information in FRx.

  1. Click Company and select Information.
  2. Highlight the applicable Company.
  3. On the System Specific Information tab, verify the correct MAS Company Code is entered.
  4. Click Save button.
