When running a chained report with Formatted XLS output and Activate Workbook checked, the chain fails to generate all reports in FRx

Steps to Duplicate:

In [SOA] company:

1. In FRx Designer, select any 3 to 4 catalog of reports and chain them together
2. In the Output tab, make sure all to export to 'Formatted Excel (XLS, XLSX)'
3. Check 'Activate workbook' for Excel Options
4. Save all Catalogs and generate the Catalog
5. Notice: only one report will appear

Expected Behavior:

All reports should print after generating the catalog output to 'Formatted Excel'

Possible Workaround:

1. Delete previous versions of the files to be generated prior to running the report chain.
2. Generate the report one catalog at a time.
3. Use Excel instead of Formatted Excel.
4. Rollback to Service Pack 9.
