Possible Resolution:

1. Create a budget in MAS 500 / GL Options with a BudgetID not equal to Statistical

2. Enter the budget information in MAS 500 either using Maintain Budgets or Revised Budgets

3. In FRx create a row that contains the account number that has budgeted and actual statistical data

4. Create a column using the Statistical book code for the actual statistical data and the BudgetID for the budgeted statistical data
