Steps to Duplicate:

In [SOA] company:

1. Launch FRx Designer
2. Select Admin / Organanization, click FRx Security and select User FRx Security checkbox and click OK button
3. Select Admin ./ Users and create 2 windows authenticated users ie, A and B and close user information
4. Return to FRx Panel and click on Catalogs of Reports and select Catalog ID: IS_SOA_DPTAB and verify reporting tree is DEPARTMENT
5. Click on Tree icon and in Column P Security/Email, enter in Windows Authenticated user A to view reports for Unit Code: OPERATIONS and Windows Authenticated user B to view reports for Unit Code: ADMINISTRATION.
6. Close the Tree and click Generate Report
7. Select Mark All button in Select Reporting Unit(s) to print and click OK.  Notice when FRx DrillDown Viewer launches the tree, both Operations and Administration are enabled. 

Expected Behavior:

Should enable access to the Windows Authenticated User who is logged on to the workstation only.

Possible Workaround:

Use FRx Users instead.
