The FW Company in FRx Designer has an example of an elimination Balance Sheet (Consol_Elim). This report is an example of using a Reporting Tree.
- If the customer is using a tree, create a unit for the elimination company or department by hardcoding the account mask with that elimination segment. Then they can restrict the unit of the tree to column, row or just report on it in the tree unit.
- If the customer has elimination accounts, they can restrict columns to those account and view only the elimination accounts in the column with Account filtering. This way they would not have to use a tree.
