Possible Resolution: 

1. Open the frxrpts.f32 file with Microsoft Access.  Password is aCcelr8cln4u and is case sensitive.
2. If prompted to Convert Database or Open Database, choose 'Open Database'.
3. Select Tools / Database Utilities / Compact and Repair Database.
4. Open the Catalog table and browse to the 'Spec_Set column'.
5. Delete any rows that have 'F@' in the 'Spec_Set column'.
6. Search all tables for any rows that have # signs in every column or ERROR in every column.  Delete any existing rows.
7. Go to Tools / Database Utilities / Compact and Repair Database.
