FRx for Sage PFW ERP:
The FRx Engine cannot complete an index build because the period or year end is not set up correctly in Sage PFW. To resolve this issue, verify the following:
- No overlapping dates or periods exist.
- No missing or skipped dates or periods exist.
- No short years exist (for example, look for a year that does not have all 12 periods set up).
- No non-consecutive years exist (for example, 1998, 1999, 2001).
- No blank or invalid years exist (for example, 1900, 3000).
If the problem persists, verify the sysdata path points to the correct location and it is mapped appropriately.
