'Invalid FRx User ID' occurs when signing into FRx.

Possible Resolution:

Resolution# 1:
If the FRx administrator set up FRx to use security and chose the option to Use Network ID, the FRx user must sign into the network with an ID that has been setup in FRx. With this option, the FRx administrator must assign each FRx user an FRX user ID that matches that person's network ID.

CORRECTION STEPS:

1. Sign into the network with a user ID that has been setup in FRx.

Resolution# 2:
If the FRx administrator set up FRx to use security and chose the option to Use Network ID, the FRx user must sign into the network with an ID that has been setup in FRx. With this option, the FRx administrator must assign each FRx user an FRX user ID that matches that person's network ID.

CORRECTION STEPS:

1. Click Admin on the FRx Control Panel menu bar.
2. Click Users.
3. Enter the Admin password if necessary.
4. Select the FRx user that is causing the problem and change the User ID to match the network User ID.
5. Click Save.
