Possible Resolution:

Allow external access to the company.

1. In Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200, open Library Master / Main / Company Maintenance, and select the company code.
2. Click the 'Preferences' tab.
3. Select the 'Allow External Access' check box, and click the 'Accept' button.

On the local workstation browse to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components and see if the PVXOCX32.DLL is present if not copy it from the MAS90\Home folder and place it in there
