Possible Resolution:

 Verify that the Optional Work Drive path is correct (for example, C:\Temp).

1. Start FRx
2. On the Admin menu, click Processing Options.
3. In the Optional Work Drive list, select or enter the drive you want to use to build your reports.
4. Click OK.
5. Verify that the user has the correct permissions to access the work drive folder.
