Possible Resolution:

This error will occur when the Microsoft FRx COM and Report Manager components are not registered properly.  To resolve this issue, run the FRxReg67.exe file to re-register the latest Report Manager and COM components.  The FRxReg67.exe can be located in the main FRx directory.
