"Error -245755 Cannot open any more tables", occurs when using a reporting tree that links to a row format using account sets in FRx.

Possible Resolution:

The account set is possibly damaged or corrupted. Remove any account sets from the Row Format.

  1. Open the Row Format
  2. Double click on the cell in the Link to General Ledger column that contains the account set and then select Yes in Acct Set field.
  3. In the From Account (range) - or - Individual Account or Account Set field, select the Account Set name from the list and click on OK.
  4. Click the Edit Button (in the Account Sets section).
  5. Click the Delete button.
  6. Click the Close button.
  7. Click the Clear button to remove the account set in the row format.
  8. Click OK to close the GL Account Links window.

Note: Sage Support cannot duplicate this issue with demo data. The following steps are based on a reported case.
