Column placement in the Row format allows users to force values from one Row/Column into another Row/Column. In the Row format below, row 350, in combination with the Column layout below produces the following values:

On row 605, the CAL format code with the calculation B=D350, C=B350, D=C350, tells FRx to:
- Place the value from row 350, column D ($87,665.13) into column B of the current row (row 605).
- Place the value from row 350, column B ($1,824.00), into column C of the current row (row 605).
- Place the value from row 350, column C ($85,841.13), into column D of the current row (row 605).
The results of row 650 would look like the following:
