Possible Resolution:

If you belong to the Admin Group within FRx, reset the password:

  1. From the Admin menu, click Users.
  2. Click Find. Select your user name.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. Exit FRx. Start FRx and leave the password blank.
  5. Enter a new password.

If you are the Administrator, change the password:

  1. From the Admin menu, click Organization.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter your present password.
  4. Enter a new password.
