Possible Resolution:

When running a currency translation report to Financial and Transaction detail where the column contains a CUR, YTD, and CALC column, the following error occurs:

FRx Reporting Engine : Error 9:SendBalanceFilters Subscript out of range

Issue has been reported and resolved by FRx in service pack R08670 and subsequent service packs.

Workaround:

Update FRx with most recent Service Pack available. Change the Catalog Detail to Financial and Generate Report.
