"Company is locked by another user." when setting a company as default

 Possible Resolution:

  1.  Cancel setting the company as default, leaving FRx Desktop open
  2. Open Admin / Organization and click the SYSDATA button
  3. Note the path of the Sysdata folder
  4. Have all users log out of FRx
  5. Through Windows Explorer open the Sysdata folder
  6. Delete any .LCK files
  7. Right click on the Windows tool bar to pull up Task Manager
  8. Check the processes and terminate any associated with FRx
  9. Verify in the Sysdata folder that there are no .LDB files
