"Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range" when exporting detailed report with current selection or current reporting unit to Excel

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Open FRx Designer
2. On the Company menu, click Select Default and select the default company. Click on the OK button.
3. Click the Catalog of Reports button and select a report that contains a reporting tree
4. Click Generate Report button and select Mark All button and click OK to generate report on screen
5. Select a unit and click File / Export / Worksheet File / Excel (XLS,XLSX)
6. Click Save button and in Export Selection select the following options
   Detail (supporting) report
   Export Range = Current selection or Current reporting unit
7. Click 'OK' button and notice error comes up

Expected Behavior:

Should export report to Excel with out errors

Possible Workaround:

Export to Formatted Excel works and change export selection: Selecting Export Range = Entire tree does not give error.
