Amounts end with .00 when the round to whole dollars option is selected

Amounts end with .00 when the option to round to whole dollars is selected if the report uses the CS Print Control feature. For example, $100.00 prints instead of $100.
Steps to Duplicate:
- Start FRx Report Designer, and click SOA at the Select Default Company window.
- Click Catalog of Reports.
- Select GL Trial Balance Report.
- Setup row formats. Enter each cell's data as follows:
- 1st Row: Row Code = 100, Description = Assets, Fmt Code = DES
- 2nd Row: Row Code = 130, Fmt Code = DES
- 3rd Row: Row Code = 160, Description = Current Assets, Fmt Code = DES, Related Rows/Unit = 430
- 4th Row: Row Code = 190, Description = Cash, Print Ctrl = CS, Link to General Ledger = [1010 to 1021]
- 5th Row: Row Code = 220, Description = Short Term Investments, Link to General Ledger = [1050 to 1050]
- 6th Row: Row Code = 290, Description = Inventory, Link to General Ledger = [1200 to 1210]
- 7th Row: Row Code = 400, Fmt Code = ---, Related Rows/Unit = 430
- 8th Row: Row Code = 430, Description = Total Current Assets, Fmt Code = TOT, Related Rows/Unit = 160 TO 400
- 9th Row: Row Code = 460, Fmt Code = DES
- In the catalog, select column formats. Enter each cell's data as follows:
- Column Header #1: 1B = Beginning, 1E = Ending
- Column Header #2: 2B = Balance, 2C = Debit, 2D = Credit, 2E = Ending
- Type: A = DESC, B = GL, C = GL, D = GL, E = GL
- Book Code: B = ACTUAL, C = ACTUAL, D = ACTUAL, E = ACTUAL
- Fiscal Year: B = BASE, C = BASE, D = BASE, E = BASE
- Current Per/YTD: B = BASE, C = BASE, D = BASE, E = BASE
- Extra Spaces Before Col: A = 5, B = 2, C = 5, E = 5
- Column Restrictions: C = DR, D = CR
- Go back to the catalog.
- Click the Report Options tab, and then click the Formatting tab. Select the following:
- Rounding of Amounts = Whole Dollars
- Report Date = 06/30/2008 (Or use any date with history.)
- Generate the report. Note that the amounts under Cash in the Debit and Credit columns end with .00.
Expected Behavior:
Amounts should not end with .00 if the option to round amounts to whole dollars is selected.
Possible Workaround:
- Click Row Formats.
- Remove CS from the Print Ctrl column.
