Possible Resolution:

• The option to use Red for Negative numbers is available in all Detail levels including the Account and Transaction levels. 
• This option is available in FRx / Catalog of Reports / Report Options / Formatting tab / click the 'Display negative numbers in Red' option to use this in the reports.
