"Error adding book code: Actuals" occurs when starting FRx.

Possible Resolution:

Book codes must be unique. This error occurs because duplicate values exist while building the General Ledger index when setting a company as default. The Actuals book code is already hard coded in the program. To resolve, perform one of the following:

Delete the Actuals budget code:

Expand General Ledger and Setup.
Double-click General Ledger Options, and click the Budget tab.
In the Budget Code column, click Actuals.
Click the Delete Row button.

Rename the Actuals book code for Budget in Sage MAS 90 or 200 using Data File Display and Maintenance. Modify the GL_Budget.m4t file to rename the Actuals book code.
