"Valid FRxQue32.mdb file not found.  Check QueDirectory setting in System.cfg" when launching FRx.  This occurs when FRx is trying to rebuild the index. 

Possible Resolution:

Cause:

The local workstation is attempting to use Report Server to build an index, but Report Server is not installed.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, need open FRx and ignore the error by clicking on 'OK'.

Go to Admin menu / Processing Options / and clear the 'Build GL Index via Report Server' check box, and click on 'OK'.
