FRx splash screen flashes and disappears after starting FRx. The window displays for a few seconds, and then disappears and the program does not start.

Possible Resolution:

The FRxsys32.mdb file is damaged, and must be repaired. From a workstation that can access FRx perform one of the following:

• Compact the System database:
1. Start FRx Designer.
2. On the File menu, select Compact FRx Database.
3. Select FRx System Database.
• Reset the regional language settings:
1. Click the Start button. Point to Settings and then Control Panel. Click Regional and Language Options.
2. Click the Regional Options tab, and select English as the default language.
3. Click the Languages tab. In the Supplemental language support area, clear both check boxes.
4. Click the Advanced tab, and verify the Japanese language is not selected or enable.
