Ability to set starting page number

Subject:

Add the ability to set starting page number using @PAGE. 

Currently, the starting page is defaults to 1 (one) and cannot be changed.

Business Reason:

This feature would allow greater customization of reports.

Possible Workaround:

Export the report to Microsoft Excel and use the page number feature in Excel.
