Possible Resolution:

Perform the following:

1. Expand System Manager, Maintenance, and Maintain Security Groups.
2. Select the Security Group that relates to the user.
3. Select GL for the Module ID.
4. Click the Task tab.
5. From the Task Description header, search for Account Transaction.
6. Verify that all FRx users that use the drill down to view accounts have Normal, Display, or Supervisory rights to this task. Users with Excluded as a permission setting are not able to launch the MAS 500 login prompt and drill down into the accounts.
