Possible Resolution:

The GL_AccountHistory.M4T file is damaged. Reinitialize the GL_AccountHistory file. Then rebuild the sort files to redefine the information in GL_AccountHistory based on the accounts in GL_Account.

Note: Use caution when working with the following tasks. Always make a backup first. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage Software business partner, or computer or network technician.

  1. Have all users log off of Sage MAS 90 and FRx.
    Note: All users must exit both programs to successfully perform this procedure.
  2. Reinitialize GL_AccountHistory.M4T.
  3. Rebuild the General Ledger sort files.
  4. Delete the .g32 file.
