FRx for Sage PFW:

Edit List automatically generates current earnings and income summary distribution based on the setup configurations such as Advance Setup Configuration, Earnings Default, and Current Earnings.

To force Edit List to recap the current earnings and income summary distribution entries for provisional totals, select the Print Earnings Recap check box on the Format tab.

1. In Sage PFW, expand General Ledger and Transaction Processing. Double-click Edit List.
2. Click the Format tab.
3. Select the Print Earnings Recap check box.
4. Click Save. This generates provisional totals for FRx to use to run unposted transactions.
