How to troubleshoot FRx issues, such as reports missing from the DrillDown viewer

Possible Resolution:

Start with the first troubleshooting step below, and continue down the list until the report generates without error.

• Create a new catalog using the same row, column, and tree used in the problem catalog.
• To determine if there is an issue with the row format, perform one of the following, and then generate the report again.
• Select a different row format that works in another report.
• Create a test row format.
• To determine if there is an issue with the column layout, create a test column layout with the following columns, and then generate the report.
• DESC
• GL CUR
• GL YTD
• If a tree is used in the report, perform one of the following, and then generate the report again.
• Use a different tree that works in another report.
• Create a test tree.
