Ensure that the affected user's permissions are configured correctly. All users must have the following permissions on the SQL server:
- Datareader
- Datawriter
- ApplicationDBRole
For Sage MAS 500:
If a user's record has the Application Role and Allow Read Only Access check boxes selected in the Sage MAS 500 Maintain Users task, the ApplicationDBRole permissions are removed. To view the user's record in Sage MAS 500:
- Expand System Manager and Maintenance. Double-click Maintain Users.
- Click the User navigator button, and select the user.
