The "Select default company" prompt continuously appears when setting a default company.

The company record may be damaged. Delete the company and recreate it with the same information.

  1. On the FRx menu, point to Company, and then click Information.
  2. Select the affected company, and click the Delete button.
  3. Recreate the company, and click the Save button.

If the issue persists:

  1. Have all users exit the FRx program.
  2. Use Windows Explorer to browse to the C:\Program Files\FRx Software\FRx version\SysData directory (where FRx version is the version number in the directory name).
  3. Delete the .LCK files.
