The company record may be damaged. Delete the company and recreate it with the same information.
- On the FRx menu, point to Company, and then click Information.
- Select the affected company, and click the Delete button.
- Recreate the company, and click the Save button.
If the issue persists:
- Have all users exit the FRx program.
- Use Windows Explorer to browse to the C:\Program Files\FRx Software\FRx version\SysData directory (where FRx version is the version number in the directory name).
- Delete the .LCK files.
