"Runtime Error 3022: The Changes you Requested to the Table were not Successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again" when saving changes to a report or when generating a report.

Possible Resolutions:

• Compact the current specification set.
  Note: Be sure to make a backup first.
  
• If the error still occurs, one or more of the report components are damaged. Perform either of the following:
• Create a new catalog.
• Recreate the row, column, and tree (if necessary).
