"Invalid User ID" when starting FRx

Subject:

"Invalid User ID" occurs when starting FRx.

Possible Resolution:

  1. If FRx security was enabled in error, use the steps below to disable security (if not, proceed to step 2):
    1. On the Admin menu, click Organization.
    2. Click the FRx Security button.
    3. Clear the Use FRx Security check box, and click OK.
    4. Click OK to close the Organization Information window.
  2. Log on to FRx as an administrative user.
  3. On the Admin menu, click Users.
    Note: A user record must be created for each FRx user. If the Use Network ID option was selected when security was enabled, the user ID should match the user's Windows log on name. Click the New button, and then enter the appropriate user ID.
  4. Enter the user name, and select or clear any of the edit options displayed for the user.
  5. Click the Save button, and then click Close.
  6. Have the user start FRx Designer to verify access.
