Error 0: Component Transfer Error displays when installing FRx.

Possible Resolution:

This message displays when there are InstallAssist files on the workstation that are not the same version used by the Microsoft FRx installation.

1. Using Windows Explorer, browse to C:\Program Files\Common Files directory.
2. Right-click on the InstallShield folder, and then click Rename.
3. Change the folder name by adding .old or .bad to the end.
4. Start the FRx installation. The installation will create a new InstallShield directory with the InstallAssist files needed by the installation.
