"No records to Drill into for this row" drilling into a subtracted range

Subject:

"No records to drill into for this row" when drilling into account detail. This occurs when subtracting a range of accounts from another account.

Possible Resolution:

Use Row Format to change the formulas in the row that include all accounts individually, instead of using them in a range.

Example:

Use "+1100-(1200+1205+1300)" instead of "1100-(1200 TO 1300)"

Note: Applying the R03 service pack breaks the drill-down. This issue is fixed in the later R04 service pack which Sage PFW has not certified.
