Add the ability to display Journal Comments or Posting Comments as the default description on the Transaction Level in FRx.

Currently, the default description is the Source Journal and Journal Number.

Business Reason:

A user must have access to the accounting system to reconcile the transactions to the Source Journal and Journal Number. The Journal Comment allows you to identify the transactions without having to access the accounting system. 

Possible Workaround:

Add an additional column to the report to display the Journal Comment.
