Possible Resolution:

1. Open Company / Specification Sets.
2. Click the 'New' button.
3. Enter the specification set name in the 'Name' field.
4. Enter the specification set description in the 'Description' field.
5. In the 'Location' field, enter the path to the location of the .f32 file.
6. Click the 'Save' button.
