How to recreate FRxSys32.mdb (company and registration information).

Possible Resolution:

FRxSys32.mbd contains all of the company and registration information. To recreate the file, perform the following:

1. Reinstall FRx on a workstation. When prompted, select the local drive as the location of the ..\Sysdata folder. A new, empty FRxSys32.mdb file is created on the local drive.
2. Launch the local FRx installation, and enter the company and registration information.
3. Rename the original FRxSys32.mdb in the ..\Sysdata folder of the live installation, and replace it with the new file.

Entering company and registration information:

• Registration information:
1. Log onto FRx as administrator.
2. Open Admin / Organization, and enter the following information:
• Organization Name (case sensitive)
• Serial Number
• Maximum Users
• Authorization and Registration number

• Company information:
1. Open FRx / Company / Information.
2. Click 'New'.
3. Enter the FRx company code and company name.
4. Enter the following FRx system information:
• Specification set name
• Import/export path
5. Enter the following system specific information:
• System directory (The network drive where accounting system resides)
• Company code
6. Save the information.
