"Runtime error -2147319779 (8002801d) automation error library not registered" occurs when setting a company as default.

Possible Resolution:

One or more of the DLL files used by FRx are not registered.

  1. Close all FRx applications.
  2. Browse to the ..\FRx\ program directory, and double-click the FRxReg.exe file. A command window displays for a few seconds and then disappears.
  3. Launch FRx Reporter Designer again, and set the company as default.
  4. If the error persists, perform the following:
    1. Close all FRx applications.
    2. Browse to the ..\Program Files\Common Files\System\ADO\ directory.
    3. Manually register the MSADOX.dll file. For more information, see How to manually register DLL files
