Possible Resolution:
Chain Reports Options are not available in Report Launcher.
Chain reports is available in Report Designer.
In FRx Report Designer / Catalog of Reports / Select a report / Output tab / Output Options / Chain to Catalog ID.
Select the next Catalog to print and then 'Generate Report'.
