Possible Resolution:
This issue affects workstations with either FAT or network client installations if the Sysdata directory is shared on the network and the accounting system is changed from Standard Ledger to Premier Ledger at the workstation.
The current ..\Sysdata\Acctsys.mdb file is registered with the Standard Ledger accounting system, but Premier Ledger was selected during the FRx install at the workstation. Therefore, redirecting to an existing ..\Sysdata\Acctsys.mdb file causes a conflict in recognizing the appropriate accounting system.
To resolve:

For a local client:
- Create a full backup of the following folders:
- Sysdata
- IO_Data
- Browse to the ..\FRx directory on the local hard drive.
- Rename the FRx folder using .old as the extension.
- Uninstall and then reinstall FRx. For more information, see How to uninstall and reinstall FRx.
Note: Select the new accounting system when the prompt appears. - Start FRx Designer, and register with the Premier Ledger registration information. Contact Customer Support for registration information
- Rename the following files using .old as the extension:
- FRxSys32.mdb
- FRxRPTS.f32
- Copy the two files listed above from a backup.
- Restart FRx.
For FAT client and network client installations (Sysdata is located on the network):
- Uninstall and then reinstall FRx on the affected workstation. For more information, see How to uninstall and reinstall FRx.
Note: Select the new accounting system when the prompt appears. - Start FRx Designer, and register with the Premier Ledger registration information. Contact Customer Support for registration information.
- Browse to the Sysdata directory on the network.
- Rename Acctsys.mdb using .old as the extension.
- Browse to the Sysdata directory on the client workstation.
- Copy the Acctsys.mdb file to the Sysdata directory on the network.
- Restart FRx.
