The 'Description' (DESC) column duplicates and overlaps at the transaction detail level.

Possible Resolution:

A blank column with no 'Type' has been inserted in the middle of the column layout. The 'Type' cell must be defined for all columns in the column layout. To resolve, change the 'Type' in the blank column to 'FILL', and regenerate the report.

Note: The 'FILL' type is not required for version prior to 6.5.
