Possible Resolution:

This error may occur in conjunction with an "Invalid spec set" error. Perform the following in the order listed and stop when the error is resolved:

  1. Open Admin / Organization / SysData, update the current user by entering the path to the existing SysData directory location.
  2. Save the company as the default, using either method below:
    1. In Company / Select Default, highlight the company name and click 'OK'.
    2. In Company / Information, highlight the company name. Click the 'Set as default' button, and click 'Save'.
  3. Open Company / Information, and verify that the correct specification set is selected. Click 'Save'.
  4. Log everyone out of FRx. Make a backup of the affected files. Select the company as default. Compact the spec set and FRx system database. For more information, see How to compact the specification set and system database in FRx.
