- Verify that the FRx user has sufficient permissions to all FRx files and folders.
- In FRx / Company / Information, verify that the import and export path of the I/O data is valid for that company.
- Verify that the output path is correct for the catalog:
- In FRx / Catalog of Reports, select the catalog that is causing the error.
- Click the 'Output' tab, and then click the 'Output Options' tab.
- Click the 'Filename' drop-down arrow and verify that the path is valid.
